Leadership Board
Every member of our Leadership Board has significant experience of how VCSE organisations operate and a true wish to ensure residents are, ultimately, at the heart of decision-making.
An essential part of membership of the VCSE Alliance is the ability and will to collaborate, both with VCSE organisations and the wider statutory sector (NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System and Surrey County Council).
We're excited to grow
this list and you
could be part of it!

Sally is currently the Chief Officer at Central Surrey Voluntary Action, a local infrastructure organisation working in Surrey. She has worked in the sector for 25 years. She previously worked in the care sector supporting people with learning disability in local authority and the notfor-profit sector. Sally has previously chaired a Housing Association and an older people’s charity. She has also been a governor of a local primary school taking on the role of SEN lead. Working in partnership and advocating for the sector to highlight the amazing things that are created and delivered is important to her, so working closely with other infrastructure colleagues to ensure equity across Surrey is paramount. Ensuring good collaborating relationships are built within our sector and across all other sectors is key to how she works.
