The VCSE Alliance is developing the concept of VCSE Portfolio Leads - a voluntary role that ensures all sectors of the population are adequately represented.

The aim?


The VCSE Portfolio Leads will act as a conduit between voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations within their "portfolio" and system
partners at Place and the Integrated Care System.



Providing an easy and effective route for VCSE organisations to build relationships and collaborate, and for system partners to contact, gain insight from, and work in partnership with the right VCSE organisations.

Place

Surrey is divided into four placed-based alliances - East Surrey, Guildford and Waverley, North West Surrey and Surrey Downs.

These bring health, local government and the VCSE sector together to reduce health inequalities in Surrey. You can read more here.
