The Alliance has put together a VCSE Engagement Guide to support voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in engaging with and building effective relationships with councillors, MPs and other decision-makers.

The guide outlines:

  • why engagement matters

  • helping organisations strengthen their voice

  • influence local priorities

  • advocate for the communities they serve

Alongside practical tips and advice, it provides an overview of key engagement opportunities and approaches to maximise impact.
